About DVB Structural Engineering, PLLC
Principal, Lead Structural Engineer
DVB Structural Engineering was founded in North Carolina in 2023 to provide structural engineering consultant services for various markets, including, but not limited to, residential custom homes, multifamily, mixed-use and commercial buildings.
The founder, Mr. Denis, has a professional background in providing structural design for building-type structures of various sizes constructed from common building materials, such as concrete, masonry, structural steel, cold-formed steel, and timber.
Mr. Denis has spent his 15+ year career on the East Coast of the USA, where he was blessed to work with some of the most talented people in the AE industry, architects designing new coastal towns in Florida and creative engineers working on new landmarks in the Manhattan skyline.
Mr. Denis is a Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and a Structural Engineer (SE) licensed in Georgia and Illinois.
Mr. Denis is Florida Board Recognized Structural Engineer and
NCEES Model Law Structural Engineer.
Reinforced Concrete Design
At DVB Structural Engineering, we thrive on solving complex engineering challenges. And almost every engineering challenge involves the design of reinforced concrete structures. We are experienced in designing concrete shallow and deep foundation systems, soil retaining structures, basement walls, ICF buildings, and CIP concrete frame buildings.
Structural Steel Design
Structural steel is often the most practical and economical solution for many buildings. At DVB Structural Engineering, we have experience in designing structural steel structures for commercial, small industrial, mixed-use, multi-family and single-family housing.
Cold-Formed Steel Design
We provide structural engineering design services for curtain wall systems and load-bearing wall and floor and roof joist systems manufactured from cold-formed steel products.
Concrete Masonry Design
Concrete masonry is often a material of choice for constructing commercial and mixed-use buildings, custom home construction. DVB Structural Engineering will be glad to assist you with the masonry design for your future building.
